Service Policy

Plagixo provides an online service that scans uploaded documents for plagiarism and AI-generated text and produces a source-linked report. The service is delivered entirely online through your account dashboard.

Scans are processed automatically after upload. Reports are generated within minutes for typical documents, though processing time may vary with document length and provider load. Completed reports are available for download from your dashboard.

We support PDF, DOCX, and plain-text uploads. Documents are normalized to preserve page structure so your report mirrors the original.

Each scan consumes a fixed number of credits regardless of file size. Credits are purchased in bundles and do not expire. Your current balance is always visible in your dashboard.

Detection is powered by third-party engines (Copyleaks and Winston AI) with high but not perfect accuracy. Results are intended to support human judgment, not replace it. We surface per-segment confidence so you can see the reasoning behind each result.
