By accessing or using Plagixo, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Plagixo provides plagiarism and AI-generated-text detection reports for documents you upload. Detection results are provided for informational purposes and reflect the assessment of third-party detection engines; no automated detection is guaranteed to be perfectly accurate.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Scans are paid for using credits purchased in bundles. Each document scan consumes a fixed number of credits regardless of file size. Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our third-party providers, and by purchasing you also agree to their terms.

You agree to upload only documents you have the right to submit, and not to use Plagixo for any unlawful purpose, to infringe the rights of others, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

You retain ownership of the documents you upload. Plagixo and its underlying software, branding, and content remain the property of Plagixo and its licensors.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that detection results are error-free or that the service will be uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plagixo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
